One thing all of us online sellers need more of is time. Over the years of selling online I have perfected my office, both virtual and actual to maximize my space and minimize wasted steps and keystrokes. I have compiled all the tips and tricks needed to help you run a more efficient day. I call these my Well, Duh! moments. As I would do something that saved me time, I always though well, duh, of course that should've have been this way all along.

Besides sharing time saving tips, I will also share customer service secrets. No matter what platform you sell on, there is an end customer. A lot of online sellers don't know how to act when put in a situation where someone is unhappy. I have perfected these skills too and love to share them and guide everyone to a better resolve when having to deal with customer service issues, either as the buyer or seller.
